Fitness has been a huge part of my life from an early age.
From being involved in Athletics in school, to joining the gym at 16 and eventually competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting throughout my twenties.
But why does this matter to you?
Simply put, being in great shape has allowed me to thrive in all areas of my life, such as my relationships with my partner and family, building my own coaching business and overall achieving things I didn’t think I could.
That’s why it’s my passion and mission to now show and help other men that being strong, fit and in great shape doesn’t just bring the obvious benefits of looking and feeling great. It allows you to really improve the overall quality of your life.

I treat each client as an individual and make sure all their plans are tailored to them and their needs. I understand each person has their own personal barriers when it comes to getting in shape, that’s why it’s my mission to help you overcome your specific situation so you can get the best results possible!
Clients training programs are delivered through my training software where each exercise will have an embedded video of myself performing the exercise, so you know how exactly to do it. Clients diet plans are delivered through a meal tracker which is tailored around the foods you like and dislike. All your plans will be tailored to you and your goals specifically, so there is zero guesswork!
You will have access to a private members area on the website, and a private Facebook group where you can access a library of educational resources in all areas of training, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset. I will also personally be educating you each week on all areas training, nutrition and lifestyle so you know how to be strong, fit and in great shape for the rest of your life.
You will have full access to my private WhatsApp so I’m only ever one click away. I will also add you to my private online community of clients where you will be surrounded with other like minded men. As the saying goes, you’re the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with! At the end of each week you will complete a weekly feedback form that I will personally go through and give you specific feedback every Monday for the week ahead so you always have a plan of attack!
Lockdown hit me hard. I fell out of training, lost all motivation and couldn't get back into it. So I got some help. Christian has sorted me right out, the lad really knows his stuff and I am more than happy with the results, I couldn't recommend him more.
